This fund will be used to support efforts to establish an LGBT community center to serve the eight-county South Central Pennsylvania area, including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York. Through grants by the EGAL Partnership Fund, a strategic plan for the center was developed and seed money was provided. An initial Board was seated in late 2006, which established the LGBT Center Coalition to take the project from dream to reality.
